Theresa Dowsett, Managing Principal, has more than 24 years of business experience. Her own career has transitioned through several key stages. From professional musician to award-winning chef, from business manager to entrepreneur and coach, Theresa recognizes how a former career focus can be a wonderful stepping stone on the path to the best you!
Theresa is a member of the International Coach Federation, Career Professionals of Canada and is an associate with Right Management Consultants. In her private practice, Business Acceleration Inc., she has worked with private companies and in government to provide executive and team coaching and human resources managment services.
