March 2006 Book Review
Overcoming Procrastination; Or How to Think and Act Rationally in Spite of Life's Inevitable Hassles, William Knaus, Ed.D.
This book and workbook combination has got to be one of the most complete reads on a topic such as this. Of course, anyone who picks up this book obviously has a concern with procrastination. So getting them to open to the first page is half the battle. But it is well worth both the time and effort.
The author goes to the root of the procrastination problem, and does not promote a “one cure fits all” solution that so often fails in practice. There is a lot of room for the reader to customize the information to suit their specific needs.
I highly recommend that the reader gain insight from the book, and then use the work book to customize his or her “Kick the Procrastination Habit” action plan!
The Procrastination Workbook: Your Personalized Program for Breaking Free from the Patterns That Hold You Back by William Knaus, Ed.D.
A great addition to any business education library.
